      Title: Tuna Cheese Pie
 Categories: Low-fat, Eggs/cheese, Main dish, Casseroles
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      8 oz Can tuna, drained and flaked
      1 oz Parmesan cheese, divided
  1 1/3 c  Lowfat cottage cheese
      3 ea Eggs
      2 tb Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 tb Minced onion flakes
      1 pk Instant chicken broth
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
 
  Preheat oven to 350. Arrange tuna in a 9-inch pieplate that has been
  sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. In a blender container,
  combine half of the parmesan cheese with remaining ingredients. Blend
  until smooth. Pour over tuna, top with remaining cheese. Bake,
  uncovered, 30 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Let stand five
  minutes before serving.
  
  Per serving: 23g protein, 5g fat, 5g carb., 727mg sodium, 159mg
  chol., 162 calories.
